Spring Immunity Boost with Turmeric & Elderberry Teas

From UR HAPPY PLACE – Sip Into Spring with Strength

Beyond the fence, yellow forsythia blooms, and today I spotted magnolias unfolding like soft whispers of spring. In the flowerbed, violets and wild pansies have quietly arrived.

Spring is coming—gently, beautifully—
And yet, sometimes, our bodies aren’t quite ready.
The lingering cold of winter and sudden temperature changes can bring allergies, fatigue, and an uneasy welcome to this bright new season.

That’s why today, I wanted to share a tea—
a cup of warmth to strengthen our immunity, to help us receive spring not just with our eyes,
but with a healthy body and peaceful heart. 💛

So let’s sip together.
