Savoring the Moment — Tea, Memories, and Gentle Steps Forward

A Moment of Peace in Your Day

Hello dear ur happy place family 💛

How have you been lately? This summer has felt especially hot, hasn’t it? With just a few weeks left until school starts again, many of you might be enjoying your final vacation days.

For me, the nail salon has been busy as it’s our peak season, but in my personal life, I recently experienced one of the most beautiful and meaningful funerals I’ve ever attended. My husband’s closest friend’s father passed away last week, and my husband served as a pallbearer. I spent the entire day at the funeral, and what moved me was how it wasn’t just a farewell—it was a true celebration of life.

Seeing how one man’s life left such a beautiful legacy, and how his family and loved ones gathered to share in his memory, made me reflect deeply: "What does it mean to live a truly meaningful life?"

This reflection gave even more meaning to the work I’m doing now—creating warm tea blends that support women’s bodies and balance. If one simple cup of tea can bring peace to a woman’s body and mind, and that peace brings harmony to her family and community, then this business is so much more than just tea—it becomes a small seed of healing and hope.

❤️ With Deep Gratitude I want to pause here to thank those who have stood by me on this journey. Especially…

My beloved older sister, Assistant Pastor Kim in Australia

My always thoughtful and supportive husband, Chad

My dear friends Rachael, Mary, and Mary’s husband Mark, Alexa who sipped every sample and gave their honest feedback

And all of you, the UR Happy Place community, who pray, cheer, and support me

Most of all, I thank God who prepares the path and walks with me in every step of this journey.

❤️ With Deep Gratitude I want to pause here to thank those who have stood by me on this journey.

This Month’s Tea Highlight: Red Raspberry Leaf

Red Raspberry Leaf Tea has long been known as “the women’s tonic.” It’s made from the leaves of the red raspberry plant—not the fruit—and has been used for centuries for women’s wellness. It has a mild, earthy flavor similar to black tea and is caffeine-free.

Key Benefits:

🌸 For Pregnancy & Labor

Strengthens and tones the uterus

May shorten labor and reduce interventions

Eases nausea and boosts milk supply Note: Always consult your doctor—especially during early pregnancy.

How to Enjoy It Steep 1 tsp of dried raspberry leaf in hot water for 5–10 minutes. You can also enjoy it iced, with honey, grapefruit juice, or peppermint.

Drink 1 cup a day (after your doctor’s approval), and increase to 2–3 cups in the second or third trimester of pregnancy if recommended.

Looking Ahead Today is the last day of July. While more than half of 2025 has already passed, I want to encourage you to look forward with hope: We still have 4 months left!

Let’s enter the harvest season with hearts full of peace and gratitude, taking moments of rest and reflection, just like a gentle cup of tea.

I’m now finalizing the blend recipe and beginning component analysis and packaging. I’m reaching out to packaging companies across the U.S. that understand and support small businesses with low MOQs. It’s not easy—but just like everything else in life, it’s not about the speed, but the direction.

Let’s spend the rest of this hot summer in good health and joy. See you again soon— And until then, I’m cheering for your peace and happiness.

With love and warm wishes,

Bo
