A CUP of Calm: Balance & Healing of Women looking for Herb Tea

Menopause, hormonal balance, custom herb tea for body and mind. Gift a balance and calm of the day

UR HAPPY PLACE Family,

Today is one of those days when ideas don’t come easily. But as I sit here at 2:30 PM, looking out the window after finishing my household chores, I feel the need to pause and reflect on the journey I’ve been on since December.

"I don’t just want to create a tea company—I want to create something meaningful."

That’s why I decided that my first tea should support women’s hormonal balance while also bringing a sense of calm and comfort. As I approach my next birthday and step into my 50s, I naturally find myself navigating menopause. Over the past month, I have been drinking and researching herbal teas that help ease this transition. But I’ve realized that it’s not just about creating a healthy tea—tea is a gift, a moment of peace in a busy world.

"A Cup of Calm"

Tea is not just a health drink—it is a warm embrace, a source of comfort, and a daily ritual.
I want to create a tea that can be enjoyed hot or cold, morning or night, all year round.

Tea is not just a health drink—it is a warm embrace, a source of comfort, and a daily ritual.

The Teas I Am Creating

Nora Tea – A blend designed to support the mind and body before and after pregnancy.
Tea for women in their 20s–40s – A tea that promotes hormonal balance and inner peace.
Tea for menopausal women – A blend to bring comfort, vitality, and balance during life’s golden years.

Balancing Taste, Aroma, and Health

As important as the health benefits are, taste and aroma matter just as much.
I want to create a tea that fits effortlessly into daily life—a tea you can drink casually throughout the day and truly enjoy.

For those who don’t always have time to brew loose tea, we will be offering two options:
Biodegradable Tea Bags – Convenient, yet made with the same high-quality whole-leaf tea.
Loose Leaf Tea – For those who love the full experience of brewing a fresh pot.

Our goal is to ensure that both options deliver the same rich flavors and benefits.
